A man in his 30s has been sentenced to four years in prison for a series of sexual offences against children.
According to the verdict from Eskilstuna District Court, the man has systematically exploited underage girls online for several years. The offenses have included paying children to send pictures and films of themselves.
The man had extensive material with sexual images of young people.
A total of eight girls have been identified in the investigation, several of whom were under 15 years of age. The man, who was living in Strängnäs at the time of the offenses, is also ordered to pay damages totaling over half a million kronor to several of the victims.
He has admitted to some of the acts in several cases but denied that he knew the girls were under 15 years of age.
