This weekend, two men were arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and aggravated robbery in Ödeshög, which P4 Östergötland was the first to report.
The men are 22 and 41 years old. The incident is said to have occurred during the day on April 24, when a man in his 60s was abducted from a rest area in Ödeshög and robbed by several people.
– I can’t say much more. At the moment, there are two people in custody, but more people are suspected of being involved, says District Prosecutor Linda Kyrö to SVT Nyheter Öst.
Do you know who the other suspects are?
– We partly know.
The prosecutor does not want to give any details about the robbery or what led to the arrest.
– A large number of investigative measures are now being taken, but I cannot go into more detail about what those measures are.
