A car collided head-on with a truck on road 53 in Sparreholm at around 3pm on Thursday. The driver of the car has died as a result of the accident, the police write on their website.
The accident occurred on road 53 at the height of Hyltinge Church in Sparreholm.
One person was taken by ambulance to hospital and has died from his injuries. Relatives have been notified.
What caused the accident and will be investigated by the police. No one is yet suspected of a crime.
