Elon Musk’s controversial lottery, where he will award a million dollars daily to a winner in one of the key states, is now being tested legally. It is the District Attorney of Pennsylvania who is suing Musk to stop the lottery.
Already last week, American media reported that the Department of Justice asked questions to Elon Musk’s organization regarding the lottery. The sensitive thing is that the lottery is aimed at registered voters and that those who want to participate must sign a petition to support “freedom of speech and the right to bear arms”.
Those who question the lottery believe that it is a way for Musk to attract voters to Trump with the help of money.
